At Jula Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive defective.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Jula Jewelry gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
